FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ABA Therapy, School Consultation, Why Let's Go?
WHAT IS ABA THERAPY AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is recognized as the standard of care for people with autism and can make a significant difference in anyone looking to achieve meaningful behavior change. Increased and long lasting outcomes can occur when treatment is supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) who specializes in the specific area of need (e.g. behavior management, autism, verbal behavior). ABA programs can help to increase language and communication, social skills, independence, decrease problem behaviors and much more.
WHAT SCHOOL CONSULTATION SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
Let's Go! provides a wide range of expert services from our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in: Behavior Support Services & Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), Staff Training, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS)/School-Wide Behavior Management, Classroom Management, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), data collection systems, observations, and other areas to meet your districts needs.
WHAT AGE RANGES DO YOU WORK WITH?
Our team of BCBA's have direct long term experience working alongside learners and families ranging from 18 months old to adults. We understand what it takes to provide effective ABA services in homes, schools, communities, and remotely.
WHAT IS A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)?
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals certified at the BCBA level are independent practitioners who provide behavior-analytic services. The BACB works to promote and maintain standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of behavior analysis.
