Dan Gelardi is a seasoned behavior analyst and special education teacher practicing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for almost two decades. Dan’s passions include leadership, mentorship, and client progress. He has performed in-person and virtual presentations and has a strong interest in a variety of ABA areas which include verbal behavior, problem behavior reduction, and classroom management.

He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (NY), & Certified Special & General Education Teacher. He has obtained a dual master’s degree in General Education & Special Education, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. He is an entrepreneur who founded a behavioral consultation agency, has served in multiple leadership roles in agencies and schools, is an inducted member of the Psi Chi: International Honor Society in Psychology, and was elected Board Chair for a New York City based agency that provides support services for people with disabilities across all 5 boroughs.

Dan has accumulated numerous years of frontline experience serving individuals with autism and developmental disabilities ranging from 18 months to adolescent and, in recent years, the at risk general education and BD/ED/OHI populations within elementary, middle, and high schools. Dan’s ABA background includes experience in Discrete Trial Training (DTT), parent/caregiver training, skill acquisition programs, verbal behavior, crisis intervention, conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA’s), and the creation/utilization of individualized behavior intervention plans; all of which provide support to learners, families, and staff members in school, home, center, & community-based settings. He is strongly focused on using his extensive experience to directly relate to the challenges front line staff face on a regular basis along with understanding the connection and role the learner’s home life plays within the process of providing effective behavioral treatment.

Christian is a behavior analyst that has implemented the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over a decade. Christian is driven to disseminate  ABA through compassionate work with individuals, mentoring those newer to the field and training staff & families. He has presented to a range of individuals on topics related to ABA and holds strong interests in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). From the frontlines of service as a paraprofessional and behavior technician, to supervision as a BCBA; Christian utilizes his accumulated experiences and adheres to the principles of ABA to reduce staff burnout, improve work culture and ensure quality of services for clients. Being a Spanish speaker has allowed him to further meet the needs of a diverse population.

 

Christian is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He has obtained a Master’s of Science in the Studies of Human Behavior from Capella University and completed the Behavior Analyst Certificate program from Florida Institute of Technology. He completed his Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology & Communications from Rutgers University. Christian is also a founder of Let’s Go! Behavior Consulting. 

 

Christian’s years of experience in ABA have spanned in working with individuals from early childhood through late adulthood. He has worked across a variety of settings including client homes, school districts, out-of-district placements, residential programs, adult day-program centers and within the community. Christian’s ABA background includes functional behavior assessments (FBA), creation & implementation of individualized behavior plans, development of skill acquisition programs, BCBA/RBT supervision, parent/staff/employee training and crisis intervention. 

 

He is driven to employ ABA to enhance quality of life across environments, aid clients to obtain meaningful improvement to their lives and that the science of behavior continues to grow.

RICHARD "RJ" BAIETTI , BCBA

RJ Baietti is a behavior analyst, and a practitioner of the science of ABA since the day he graduated with his undergrad. RJ’s love of social skills has led him to serve on the Board of Directors for a Social Skills Based Non-Profit, volunteer as a Special Olympics Coach, and started numerous social skills programs across ages, skill level, and activity. He is also very passionate in the training of new staff, and has presented to school districts to disseminate the science of behavior.

RJ Baietti is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, with a Master of Science In Education with a concentration in Special Education from Monmouth University. He also obtained a Bachelor in Psychology at East Carolina University. As the President of Let’s Go! Behavior Consulting, RJ wants to use his leadership to seek behavior change in those he works with, from children, teens, adults, parents, or behavior analysts. 

 

RJ’s consultation experience spans a wide variety from age ranges from two years old, to adults. He has serviced students in high-risk districts as well as those profoundly affected by disabilities. There is no individual that RJ won’t go above and beyond for. RJ’s ABA experience ranges from crisis management to parent and staff training, implementation of functional behavior assessments in districts, and creation of ABA classrooms school wide. RJ places a strong emphasis on compassion-based behavior analytic strategies and care for the families, and co-workers he works along-side.
